Guy Phoenix is a Nottingham-based property developer that builds homes primarily in the United Kingdom, and France. Formed over 20 years ago in Nottingham, the company has developed some luxurious properties in the UK. In 2019, Guy Phoenix completed the development of Hermitage in the village of Edwalton, which went on the market at £10 million and has been described as the most expensive property in the East Midlands. Featuring a helicopter pad and panic room, it was compared to somewhere James Bond would live in by the British newspaper the Daily Mirror. In November 2018, the property attracted attention in the Times newspaper over plans to include a landing pad for flying cars. It also featured in magazines The Art of Luxury, and Design Buy Build. Other Guy Phoenix developments that have attracted media coverage include Fairmont, also in Edwalton, and Tanglewood in Colston Bassett, both valued at over £4 million. Read more
