Clarence K. Moniba is a Liberian politician, author and former actor. He served as the country's youngest Minister of State without Portfolio. He leads the Liberian National Union. In 2023, he ran for president in the 2023 Liberian presidential elections. Moniba was a professional American football player in the Arena Football League. He is the author of The Official Guidebook to a College Football Scholarship. He was the victim of several 419 and fake lottery scams that claimed that he was willing to trade millions of dollars in diamonds and African gold. Read more
